In order to complete this install please fill out the details requested below.
Please note the following points before you continue:
    1. Change the permission (chmod) of 'includes/config.php' to 777. (After installation dont forget to change it back to 644)
    2. Change the permission (chmod) of 'images' folder to 777. (After installation dont forget to change it back to 755)
    3. Change the permission (chmod) of 'pics' to 777.
    5. The database you install into should already exist.
    6. Provide a database prefix to distinguish eSwaps tables from other tables or if you have some similar tables.
    7. After the install process delete the 'install' folder and its contents.
